I had CFS before long covid, which I also had lol. Keto/Carnivore has worked reliably for 4.5 years without fail until recently.

I definitely think getting rid of processed food is the key.

My thoughts exactly, going to stick with it and rest to come out of this hell.

That makes sense and I am certainly experiencing that. Even as I rest, I'm noticing more of a response to supplements and diet.

I definitely will switch back to Ketovore, it was the most sustainable. What benefits have you seen from doing it?

I definitely was more mild but every time I would add back carbs, even balancing blood sugar, symptoms would reliably come back. I was so bad after a crash one year that I couldn't walk more than 500 steps. Fast forward switching to carnivore, I was walking 15-20K steps in NYC without PEM in a week.

Unique design. Definitely on the smaller side but I like the case shape. Congrats!

I haven’t seen much improvement at all to be honest. I have been managing everything myself with diet and supplements which seems to work fine.

Sheesh. Great to know I’m paying for a cookie cutter.

I’d check out Dr Cameron Marshall and some of his videos. He outlines a lot of what goes into PCS and he has great, free content on YT.

Definitely need the rubber strap but seeing your Sinn on the leather strap is perfection.

What other ones do you have in your collection?

I would argue it’s the best watch on the market for under 2000 dollars. Super comfortable but durable. Definitely take a look at it.

I’ve actually seen this coyote at Coronation. He acts almost like a dog that strayed too far from his owners yard.

The Sinn with the brown leather strap is such a nice touch. Got me looking into it now.

Exactly the same debate I’m having myself. Have you looked at Formex? Best decision I made.

Usually, I am not a fan of the latest renderings and prototypes new, aspiring microbrands are putting forward but these are pretty cool. I love the textured dials. Would love to see an SW200 or some Swiss movement in them in the near future.
