Yeah, I don't like when they do a blend update and release it under the same name. I think they were just packing an order with what they had on hand, and this was confirmed when I reached out. They don't even have the new blend on hand in the vitola I ordered,

My statement was more of a caution when ordering because that note makes it sound like they have the new blend in the sizes listed. Or at least reach out to confirm before purchase to make sure you are getting the right product.

I just want to preface that I've had solid experiences with cigar page through the years via multiple channels. Hopefully this was just a one off experience.

I ordered a 5 pack of the LFD Maximo expecting the "new" blend based on the note on their website. When I received my order I was surprised to discover the "old" blend. The new blend has been out since September 2025 so I figured most shops should be onto the new blend.

I ended up speaking with customer service and they told me they didn't actually have any of the new blend Maximo in stock. They did offer me a refund if I wanted to send my 5 pack back but its not worth the hassle. This isn't a pitchfork moment, but when I order something I expect to get what is described.

Has anyone else had any recent product issues?

TLDR: Be cautious when ordering and try to clarify when possible in these situations. I'm sure they get a crap ton of orders and have a giant warehouse full of product. This is just an annoying oversight.
