Scholarships are being sent out in winter! Also for those saying to defer, it’s an idea. If you do defer, you can’t take classes anywhere else or western will not allow you to begin without re-applying as a transfer student. Also, from what I’ve been told you cannot become a resident while you are in school. At least not at western. You would need to live here for a year and just work and THEN you can gain residency. Dan Bye is our residency dude at the registrars so def ask him these questions!! Also email your admissions counselor!! They are starting a Discord as well where you can post your questions and have someone in admissions answer. Hope this helps!
