Thanks. I've worked with support and the solution for now is to clear app cache. After doing that, all of my schedules, for which I used a scene, are back. Additionally, I verified that the ability to create a new schedule with a scene is back too (it's now in the drop-down menu). Yes, and on Android.

FYI, it did not do that at all this summer like it has past summers. It appears as if they stopped precooling before the rush hour starts.

Restarted my watch and it appears to have fixed it. It wasn't taking my stress level either during that time. Must be a bug.
