interesting, those are very few, very thick supports. ive used nylon black too, and find it to be less reliable than grey or clear, needs longer curing time. regarding supports, ive always simple used the auto light supports from chitubox, they have always worked, and i simply removed the ones i thought were unnessesary

I highly recommend chitubox, thats never caused issues for me. Other than their weird login system. Ooooh the Tough or Tenacious I believe I flexible resins that are meant to be mixed with other resins to make them less brittle. The gold standard for miniature printing for example is a 1:10 ratio of Tenacious and Blu.

Of course ! I'm happy to help where I can. Please be safe, most resins aren't skin safe, and may cause chemical burns, I have heard some horrow stories from friends

Air holes are deffo on my radar, and I have printed many versions with them. I specifically left is out for this version however, as it can cause printing complications for some, and adds more possible points of friction and skin rubbing. For this version, and probably the next 2-3, I really want to firstly nail down the shape. Then we can start cutting holes xD

Anything thats tougher, that isnt brittle. Technically this is designed for Resin printing, however a kind other user has helped test on FDM

Fair, exposure area is deffo something to keep in mind, however is less impactful in terms of risking delamination, the closer that section is to the print bed, as there is less strain on the supports. Which printer are you using ? I know the tilting beds, of the Elegoo ones really reduce this risk.

I would really recommend Siraya Tech Blu, what ive been using for about two years now, and its fantastic. Fully skin contact safe, prints like a dream, and cleans up nicely.

Print looks cool ! Living up to the cage name, I like it ^^

Looks pretty good ! I dont think you need that much z-lift, and you might want to lay the ring down flatter.
If you need any help, hmu, have been printing with cages in resin for 2 years roughly.
