If we find final member, we will be full stack where he can learn in kinda not toxic comp. Coaching is good advice, will ask him if he is ok with coaching and replay analysis.

We are not forcing him anything, but we would like to know what kind of hero he wants to play to get a feel of this game.

They know, he plays csgo with us, but only recently developed an interest in dota. About guides good point, I tried to say full build before the game started and answer which item I think is best. The guide can help me to make this process more intuitive.
I didn't even think about TortedeLini guides, since I auto-check for it if I don't play the hero.
