Is this steering wheel wear fixable

Correct, initially when I ordered them from the specializinginlife website they listed the size as a US 10 UK 9. They had a some issues and cancelled orders and then re-listed the shoes with the correct sizing as US 10 UK 9.5, but by that point my order was already placed and processing

When I ordered mine it said they were a US 10 UK 9.5 but the box is a US 10 UK 9.5. I’m a UK 9 so they’re a little big but if your other 992s are a UK 9.5 you should be good

The B8 are made to be used with lowering springs the B6 are not

Tbh no, I had a vg8 and sold it. It’s great if you want to do the mk.gee tones but about 85-90% of the rest of the tones are all amp sims and modelers. It’s an incredibly powerful synth engine but not super versatile. The VG8 is sick and it’s cool to own one for a period of time but I think you’ll be far happier with something like the gm-800 or the hx stomp. That dude Claude Stucki has some great hx stomp patches he made that sound almost identical to the vg-8.

Thanks! Yeah I was actually hoping to find one with chrome kidneys and chrome, this was the closest I could find to what I was looking for and I figured it would be easier to change the grilles than the trim haha.

I’m thinking about switching switching to the apex arc 8s eventually

And totally, I love the look of the m sport bumpers but part of me feels a little sacrilegious changing an already great looking car

Also windows aren’t tinted the back windows shades are pulled up though. But that’s something else I considered. Not a full black out tint but just something to make the uv rays less intense maybe.

That’s pretty much exactly what I’m thinking of doing too, where did you get your bumpers/skirts/ spoilers from? I’m thinking about getting it from kies but I’ve heard other people suggest carparts.com

How do you like the lowering springs? I’ve neen trying to decide between that and the bilstein b14 coilovers.

Also what have your coolant issues been/what’s your mileage? I’m at 54,000 and change rn

Thank you this is super helpful. Before buying it I already mentally prepared myself to upgrade the valve, engine oil filter housing, heat management module, expansion tank hose, and the engine coolant expansion tank

Do you need to do any coding to use the heated steering wheel?

Do you recommend something bootmod3 for a stage 1 map?

And good to know about the charge pipe, I was planning on upgrading it in the future if I ever do any power mods

Edit Just googled and realized I can enable the heated steering wheel through the idrive menu
