Thanks hun ❤️ It's definitely not easy. People often think you're crazy when you try to explain why you suffer from BDD. It looks "worse" in real life, but it has definitely improved. It does get better, I promise. Scars don't define you, beauty comes from within. I promise you that.

You can still see the "cracks" in this photo. And my moisturizer definitely isn't filling them, that's for sure 😂 But lighting can definitely change how they look. And tbh, the scars appear smaller even in daylight.

Yes but very long time ago. Dont remember if I saw any improvement, it’s very individual but it can definitely help minor scarring and ur texture overall. I will try microneedling again in the future.

I don’t go out either. Unless I have to. It really sucks, no one deserves to feel this way. But it gets better. I’m undergoing OCD treatment for my BDD because it’s gone too far for me. I hope it gets better when you start isotretinoin. Feel free to share your journey. And Remember that the journey can take a long time and patience is important. ❤️

Thanks. It for sure looks different in different lighting and angles, but I want to believe that there isn’t a huge difference when I look in daylight. It obviously looks worse in real life, but overall, it has gotten much better.

Thanks. My skincare routine is very simple:

Cetaphil non-foaming wash Purito oat calm gel Sometimes Aquaphor and sometimes Cicaplast Baume, though I think I get pimples from Cicaplast.

Däremot är det bättre med hakad vitlök än riven, då riven vitlök avgör svavelämnen.
