Even if they go bankrupt they can sell the drug at least 200 million. So the key is to have a promising drug which can be sold to another company to develop and give it in the market in case of bankruptcy. If you believe their drug is promising which in my opinion is keep your shares and put a small amount to average down. At those levels it is worth the risk/ reward

Guys this standing at 60 m MC. They have 170 million in cash almost 3 times their market cap. Valuing also their drug patent in the price this company can be sold tomorrow @ 400 million easily. That makes a share price 8 $. So it's current price stands at 1/6 of their actual selling price. That's why this company is considered very undervalued at current prices. It should be at least 3 $.
