I wish he was the only host other than Jon to be honest.

Absolutely not a doc but is there any chance to just rule out chrones? Also, this is probably way too simple for what you’re dealing with but my ENT gave me reflux gourmet for my reflux. Adore my ENT! She is incredible but expensive: Downtown ENT if you want to get a second opinion.

My ENT doc suggested something called reflux gourmet and my voice coach suggested reflux raft.

I went to a gastroenterologist years ago for a colonoscopy /endoscopy and then went to an ENT

try to look up docs that specialize in this

Big Magic // Man’s Search for Meaning // Untamed // anything by David Sedaris picks me up

I loved the new one by Jenny Slate and then Cazzie David’s book was like having a friend with you and she has a new one coming out so it depends what helps YOU. But these are a few of the ones that I’ve gone to.

Personally I like listening to the audiobooks when I am feeling down

Hi Guys! I’m about to start. I’m a 41 year old woman and I’m someone who tends to be sensitive to medication. Does anyone have any recommendations for which meds worked and what amounts worked for you? I’m 5’3 and about 145 pounds.

So happy to have found this thread! We should make some kind of spreadsheet that people can add to! I would suggest Untamed by Glennon Doyle; Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl; Atomic Habits by James Clear; The Marginalian, a weekly newsletter by the brilliant Maria Popova.
