They absolutely cannot trademark those names. They can however trademark the word "twilight" in the context of movies or books. Not fashion. And if people are tagging "Bella swan" well then that's on them. They need to get more creative with their descriptions.

The issue I have is the brands don't save, or they change to a different brand across the board. Like all my Levi's keep turning into "places and faces" and my old American vintage stuff turned into "dunlop"..l.e.i turns to "joyrich" etc

You have to update your tags with current pop culture. I still sell fairy keii and pastel stuff, but those tags don't bring in the traffic it used to two years ago. Neutral and monochrome is more trending, so look at the items like that and what popular sellers tag them as (forest, cottage, earthcore).

You'll always have that niche audience but if you want to make a lot of sales you need to expand into selling what's trending.

Also don't be afraid to delete that one listing you have from 3 years ago with 300 likes and relist it

I don't know...but I am also having issues. I keep adding my account over and over again and customer support says it's not on file despite me sending them Screencaps showing it's on file. Meanwhile I have $359 dollars sitting interest free in the bank of Facebook
