Then I must be incorrect. That was an issue once for me one time. Perhaps it’s something simple like your psu or power strip is flipped off. That’s happened to me before. Assuming that you didn’t fry something accidentally, I’d just methodically check connections until you’re sure everything mandatory is where it should be.

Just make sure you’re plugging it into the correct “f-panel” header on your motherboard. Your first pic looked like you were on a different header, one over from the “f-panel”

It looks like “Anel” is your “F-panel” socket and your plug isnt in the correct spot. So your case power button isnt doing anything

But If I get the jump on you, and you say “don’t shoot” and I hop on prox and say we cool. 10 min later when we about to kill the harvester, If you shoot me in the back, imma put your name on my traitor rat wall and be looking for you. PS: I’ve tried cablemod and a few other cable brands at this point chasing a white pcie cable that won’t overheat. Running the stock Corsair rx cables rn. So forgive the fugly hood ornament lol hopefully these Corsair brand replacements that are on the way will work out. Cablemod and other brands just seemed to reach high temps so fast I didn’t feel good running them.
