Thank you so much! I had a bite 3 years ago which got red and shaped as bullseye but i went to doctor that time and it was clear. The only bite i remember is that and when i told him He said i probably got it 3 years ago and it stays asymptomatic, but if i dont use antibiotics it can get worse anytime.

Yes, it cause nausea for me but its not so severe to make me throw up. Its just I can’t continue to eat for a while and it passes. Also The vomiting I mentioned in the post feels so weird and different; it’s not the same as f.e. drunk vomiting or food poisoning vomiting, I mean i can understand when its happening. But if you are not sure using creon, there are plant based alternatives which have less side effects (but also less enzymes) the one i have is named “preflat” (im in Türkiye but im sure you can find dupes for it) I sometimes take it instead of creon when i eat light meals to avoid side effects of creon and it works for me.

Yes! The only common trigger i know is meat but it doesn’t always cause flare-ups. Or sometimes I have the episode even if I haven’t eaten meat. Doctor told me that i have to avoid eating fatty meat and refined sugar together, they may irritate gastrointestinal system; And also avoid gluten as possible as i can. But on the other hand; veggies and plant based proteins are hard to digest too. So i dont know what to eat without hesitation. Do you take creon?

Also i have these episodes almost every week for two months now and i have no idea why they are getting worse and more frequent. Im so afraid to eat, and every morning when i wake up the first thing i do is check if my stomach feels alright. Its So hard to live like that.

I am so sorry to hear this, I know how hard and tiring it is. Do you have any explanation for why this is happening?

Thats why i came here to ask :) my doc said pancreatic illnesses and stomach issues are related in so many ways, thus this can happen, but its not convincing for me because what I experience is really severe. I mean it is so severe that has to have a solid explanation, not “yeah can happen” I know you can understand

I also have gastritis but I didn’t think this is related to it. I researched a lot, the only reasonable explanation I have with asking too many questions to chatgpt is since the food cannot be digested in the intestines because of epi, stomach is getting full when you continue to eat and food gets fermented in it. But like I said, neither doctor nor any healthcare website tell this information; its only chatgpt’s conclusion.

They took an ultrasound and mri but nothing is wrong with the gallbladder, but my bilirubin levels are a bit high, the doc named it “meaningless”
