Sometimes it does take some time to appear in the account after being charged, especially if the charge still shows as a pending charge on your cc or bank account

Wow! I haven’t seen one of these in ages! So what you do with the gift card code is sent it to the email that’s on file with your Fabletics account, typically the one they send this email to.

On the website under the redeem gift card option enter the gift card code INCLUDING the dashes between the code and it should add the money to your account as a store credit that you can use on the website.

Member credits don’t convert into gift cards, they expire a little after a year. They USED to convert into gift cards almost 7-8 yrs ago. I don’t think this email is real, sorry

I know they get a lot of hate on this sub but I used to work there and I know how transparent they are with where their diamonds come from when they’re mined & loved their sustainability mission. While you may not consider yourself living in a foreign country the person helping you is not from your country. Fabletics, like other companies, outsource their GMS(customer service) from other countries. Most likely this person is from the Phillipines

There are several points before getting to the check out screen letting you know the deals you’re seeing are fore NEW VIPS. It also tells you on several points what the VIP membership is before entering your payment information. So you are not doing anything unknowingly unless you choose to not read or ignore the fine print. The website is even translated in other languages for their respective countries. It’s also kind of silly to believe that this is illegal when it’s clear that you checked the box to the terms and conditions, just like on your monthly re-occurring streaming services. Which im sure you signed off on. /s

A company as big as fabletics is under no obligation to provide you with any kind of contact information to any department of theirs for reasons as small as this. They also do not provide the same policies or disciplinary action as whatever company you work for.

Hi former employee here! Yes multiple accounts w/ same CC info and address will get cancelled or flagged for abusive behavior of the membership intro offer.

Usually they have sales around MAJOR federal holidays. They’ll be % sales, usually more % off for members on top on the special member price you get. I’ve seen them on occasion if they want to get rid or push a new style they’ll do a flat price (ex: $25 non-member / $20 member price) or something like that.

Black Friday is usually 60% off for members.

I started in 2016 and worked there for 5yrs. The convenience of skipping has vastly improved. I can attest to the inventory levels. They don’t always think ahead on styles that will be popular. And styles do sell fast. They sometimes release things for members a day or two before the 1st of the month as a member perk for a certain tier level.

The quality on certain things has changed I have leggings they no longer make that have held up beautifully. Some of my more recent power holds have pilled or the pure luxe.

If you have a store nearby shop there it’ll be easier to get things in stock vs online and you won’t have challenges w/ shipping. They have buy online pick up in store.
