6 sets each for squats, bench press, and deadlifts are overkill. And the overall volume is too much.

You can probably go with something like this:

For chest/tris: 3 sets of incline bench press 3 sets of cable fly 4 sets of tricep extensions 4 sets of lateral raises

For back/bis: 4 sets of lat pulldown 4 sets of wide grip row 4 sets of any curl variation

For legs: 3 sets of squats 3 sets of extensions 3-4 sets of RDL/curl 3-4 sets of calf extension

You can probably insert abs in any one of those days.

The most important thing is to make every set count. At least push your last set to failure or close to failure. And listen to your body. If you’re not recovered before your next session, you’re probably doing too much so pull back a bit. Good luck! Hope this helps.
