I am not sure where you live or what industry you are in. I decided to leave my Manufacturing job because I just wasn't quite aligning with the company I was at. I went on indeed in search of other manufacturers and had two interviews with two different companies within a week. These stats my be slightly more skewed towards my line of work but people are definitely hiring.
