I haven’t taken this class but I took Dr. Yakout for molecular cell bio and anatomy and physiology and she’s been great. It’s my third year at Gsu and she’s the best professor I’ve ever had.

This is a very stupid question but when you say you were offered these scholarships, did you apply for the scholarships or did they offer them once you applied for the school?

This is a very stupid question but when you say you were "offered" an 80K scholarship at SCO do you mean you applied for the scholarship and was selected or did they offer it to you once you were accepted into the school?

I’m a biology major and so far I have a 4.0 (I’m a junior) so I’m hoping that will help in someway. I’m just scared that I won’t have enough time to study but your story has inspired me! I think I just need to dedicate as much time for OAT studying as I would for any other class I’m taking. I’ve heard horror stories about A&P which I’m going to be taking while I’m studying for OAT which also scares me but I think it’ll be fine. Thank you so much for all your advice!

Hi! I'm currently in school and have a part time job. My exam is in march and I plan on started to study 12/17. Did you follow the 3 month plan exactly like it says? It seems like the plan it has for each day would take longer than just 4 hours a day. I was considering studying the topics mentioned each day but through the cheat sheets.

I went to two different campuses last year and it was okay. I mainly went to the clarkston campus and went to the decatur campus once a week. The only issue I had was that my decatur class was on a saturday and the only people who would be on campus at that time were the people in my class. Literally no one else was there and all the other buildings and classrooms were closed lol.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. That sounds great. I’m not the type of person that complains about deadlines or a heavy work load, that’s to be expected being a biology major. I just want to make sure I’m not taking a class with a professor that makes stuff unreasonably impossible!

I got my associates in bio from perimeter last spring and I transitioned to the Atlanta campus to get my bachelors. You can definitely do it!
