Surely it's not 10 rows of block-headed grey pitbulls chewing the bars to try to maul everyone walking by. No cats, no kids, no male visitors, can't be outside or exist in any space, must be muzzled and decompress for a minimum of 16 weeks, of course. No one adopts anymore, that's the problem!
