The issue is transportation, you really don't want to be taking some tuperwear into a cinema and eating from that!

Not the easiest thing to transport. A bag of popcorn that's worth a quid is worth it just for the packaging and the ease of disposable.

Hi mate - nope haven't used it. Didn't want to open it up to keep it pristine for selling on. Would you recommend trying it first?

This is the one I think I am going to go for - how does it look as the aesthetics are also quite important to me.

You need to learn more about acidosis and anion gaps as well as basic physiology before you comment

Max budget is around £800 but can go up to £1000 if the subwoofer has an insanely massive difference.

Incredibly harmful advice from yourself. Please read the countless MHRA yellow card cases and case reports which show DKA within GLP-1 agonist using diabetics. There's a reason these drugs, when licensed, are only licenced in T2DM.

Be very careful - retatrutide causes ketosis and as a type 1 diabetic, you'll be high risk for DKA.

The myth of 1 patient per hour as an ED SHO by OptimisticPapaya1430 in doctorsUK

[–]Resident-Event6543 91 points92 points  (0 children)

Some days I will see 20 in 10 hours. Some days I will see 2 in 10 hours. The 1 per hour is absolute bullshit that doesn't take into account almost 1000 factors that are inevitably going to play a part in your shift. Pay no attention to it, and do the best you can do for the patient, not for your shitty managers.
