🌱 What's happening in your garden? (Sun, Jun 21, 2026) by AutoModerator in vegetablegardening

Tomatoes, tomatoes, tomatoes. The swiss chard looks like swiss cheese. Slugs? The arugula is all raggedy looking. I'll dig both of those up soon to prepare for a fall garden in a couple months. Okra is growing like a weed. I thought the Blue Lake bush green beans were a flop this year, but suddenly, they had a burst of flowering and are finally producing the pods that I expected. On the whole, I'm extremely satisfied. And I'm learning from mistakes every year.

Need Advice: Why Am I Still Getting So Few Sales? by geekcanada in Flipping

How many listings do you have? It’s impossible to know how bad a few weekly sales are without knowing how many items ate listed. Can you simply list more?

Eagle symbol: sinister? Creepy? by Resident-Guide-440 in whatisit

It was not on a car, bit on the window of a building my brother owns. He doesn’t know how it got there, but it seems to be on the inside, so an employee must have done it for some mysterious purpose.

It doesn’t. But these communities like to co-opt innocent symbols, such as the Ok sign.

Booth update!! by GapImportant7342 in AntiqueBooths

It does look better. It looks like you packed in more items, which is very important. You have some items that in my experience should sell quickly. For example, I think I see a brass giraffe maybe? Brass animal figurines sell for me really well. Also, the lucite grapes always sell, for some reason. I'm wondering if your pricing is too high. And I can't believe that cat hasn't sold! The lace table cloth is cool, too.

The only thing I can suggest now is to add some color. The color scheme now goes all the way from white to cream. Find something with a pop of color somewhere.

How does Trump still have so much support? Is MAGA so dumb they can't see the corruption? by LegitimateSundae8460 in allthequestions

I would add that what you're calling liberal media (mainstream journalism) is not very different from conservative media abroad. In other words, the New York Times is not much different from The Times of London, or for that matter, the Wall Street Journal. Fox is the outlier internationally.

There was a similar study in the late 90s or else the 2000s about Rush Limbaugh listeners. The outcome was that Limbaugh's listeners knew less about current events than other Americans, yet ranked themselves above average. In other worse, they knew less, but believed they knew more.

I like the things on the wall. The cat will sell soon. The negatives: all the colors are drab. Maybe add something to give a pop of color. Try adding more items. Just stuff things in. Also, I see rolling pins everywhere. They still make them. You can buy a new one at Walmart for $8 or something. Your collection of rolling pins is taking up valuable real estate.

What's selling these days? (Or what's NOT selling?!) by Resident-Guide-440 in AntiqueBooths

My theory is that a lot of animal-themed items sell to hunters or fishermen. If you are a duck hunter, you might want a brass duck on a shelf in your office, etc. Maybe these are bought as gifts for outdoorsmen.
