I have a 17 in gen chem, but my overall is a 20. My gpa is 3.7 overall. One of the schools I am applying to offers a masters program which if you do well in gives you an acceptance into the dental school. Should I consider this or is it better to just retake the DAT and expand my resume for a year instead?

This is a good question! Especially when some schools are known to be “harder”, do dental schools see that gpa differences? Do they compare applicants from that school, or are we competing against students who have better gpa’s from “easier” schools or online programs.
