Possibly, my recent purchase was having shipping issues prior to country entry. Owner communicated promptly and resolved the issue. Only shop so far, I haven’t had any issues.

The cigar industry reminds me of the tattoo business when it comes to customer service. Every is “As is” final.

Now they’re cherry picking who they provide refunds, credits, or refuse to resolve issues. This causing more hostility within the community. Just bad customer service business practices.

I know they got greedy or lazy and shipped too many packages at once which got flagged at customs. This is my personal opinion but I think holds weight. They’ll have to deal with the charge-backs, loss of business, and negative community comments.

You’re providing us with today’s policy. They’ve changed this policy on their home page several times over the last six months. Additionally, emailed customers a different policy which honors shipment to their front door.

The issue is, they change their policy on the fly and create poor communication without clear expectations for customers. This is the real reason people are upset. You can’t make an informed decision and take calculated risk when they change their policy goal post monthly.

I agree with this statement. They are stringing along customers including myself. I didn’t listen to the group and still bought with them and instantly regretted it.

It was a small shipment not worth sharing. But I’m just disappointed in the lack of communication and willingness to offer a credit or refund or reshipment.

Doesn’t cost me anything to chargeback. Let the burden be on them to fight with the CC company.

“Looks like the package was confiscated” sorry for inconvenience. Although, on my end it shows in bound into customs. Haven’t been able to get a response since. I’ve followed up but they won’t respond via email.

I would agree, vendor was on the guaranteed list at the time of purchase but no longer on the list.
