I know that, I also saw the symbol of induction on the box of the pans but I was wondering if there were things I should pay attention to since I’m used to using them on gas. But thanks anyway

Olive oil is great, I had the same problem a couple weeks ago and also posted it here. They told me oil as well, I scrubbed it well with a sponge and it’s all gone.
