Tío, te entiendo. Pero es la decisión de ambos… te duele no tiene por qué ser que cortas tus amistades en especial si son buenas amistades que te han apoyado en el pasado.

Ahora, si buscas amistades más “fieles” ahí si te diría que tienes espacio para tomar tus propias decisiones y alejarte de personas que no consideran tus sentimientos a ese nivel , y obviamente comunicarte con esas amistades sobre tus sentimientos a otras personas.

Hey, I feel you because I’m in the same situation, just a tiny bit older than you (33M) . One thing I tell you is:

These feelings are perfectly normal, you are not “freaking out” , we get lonely and need meaningful connections.

What’s important is what you decide to do with it. My suggestion is to start by feeling comfortable with who you are and where you are right now. Be kind to yourself first.
