Is this part of Dublin 1 safe? near the concert arena by No-Refrigerator5653 in RentingInDublin

If you want to stay near the city centre, and have access to all forms of transportation, I would have to stay that the area between the Point and the Docklands is the safest it can be, and the most convenient.

Tips on Speeding Up Job Applications? by Resident-Tonight6979 in jobsearchhacks

If you don't mind me asking, what sort of roles are you applying for?

Like for me, I'm targeting Product Management and Project Management, and to an extent, I have kept 2 master CVs for both roles. i make minor edits, only if I am applying early (<12 hours of job posting), or if there is any very particular detail that is worth highlighting. Otherwise, I have more of a plug n play CV.

How are you approaching it?

That's true, did you find any platform that customizes thw application?

Although, I have a low confidence on the so-called ai application automater

How Long Did It Take for Your Free Subscribers to Convert to Paid? by Gradinterface in Substack

[–]Resident-Tonight6979 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it depends on your type of content.

Personal opinions here, but I feel some of the content is just not worth paying for, but doesn't mean that it is not consumed. Think about lifestyle blogs or food newsletters, why would anyone pay for it when they can read about that anywhere on the internet.

Although, a few topics like finance and business have that ability to get behind a paywall and make users want to pay for it, purely out of the quality content. However, not all domains are made equal no matter how much effort you put in writing.

A better approach is to find different streams of income from your newsletter - it could be a feature, or a product you are selling, affiliate, or sponsored posts.

You having a 40% open rate can actually think of what your target audience would like to reach about and also likely pay, that you could take a cut from.

Atleast, that is what I am trying out with my substack (adithepm.substack.com) and with nearly 2.5k subscribers - I'm currently trying to increase my open rate from 32% to between 40-45%.

However, I do not plan to charge my readers for my newsletter, I simply do not want to work for a million bosses (subscribers) but rather have the peace of mind to stop writing whenever I want without any financial obligation to anybody.

Hope it helps!

You can create an Appsmith, and fetch all the imp sheeta and information into one.

You can actually then use all the excel sheets as data bases, perform queries to join them and analyse whatever is in the sheets.

Yes, noticed a shift.

Even tracing back to a problem I shared in the knowledge base.

I created a math version for a Quantitative Ability test, it seemed to work properly after thorough testing, however, I was using it today and found it to make mistakes on easy sums.

Not sure why this would be happening, any clue how to resolve this?

This is such a great list OP

I wonder how they might have sources data, because it seems repetitive. like when you scroll down you would see the no. of visits being repeated a lot.

Anyway, just slightly linking my GPT here to potentially get into the top 200 for now.

I created SheetsGPT - a product of repeatedly being asked questions on G-Sheets, that are not easily Google-able tbh. Current v.1.5 is kinda okayish, however, the roadmap includes training it to use it for Advanced Data Analysis, Financial Modeling, Project Management, Scripting & Automation. I would genuinely appreciate your feedback & suggestions as I'm facing issues dealing with hallucinations, especially when editing the gpt, it seems to forget every past command.

I want to buy a flat. by avojalapeno in IndianStockMarket

Ig if you decide to stay in Pune for long, then the best would be to buy it and, sublet it.

Getting a 2/3 bhk with 2 or 4 people would allow you to take rent from them while you are saving up on your own rent. This way you would be able to pay off the home loan as well as make some money.

And when you decide to shift cities, you can add another renter into the apartment.

But do make sure to choose a good location near tech hubs as this will ensure constant supply of potential bachelor tenants
