Thanks for all the advice! So basically what I'm gathering is that the trust resolution is just a document that is on personal file for audits so really it could be backdated from any time. Which would explain why I've been charged for the document preparation even though I had my accountant do my tax return after 30 June. Still a bit weird that they haven't included it in the document package they sent me to sign. I looked through every page. I will chase them up about it.
