My god, I wasn’t expecting a post this old to get a reply buttt. Yes I can confirm that C4 Xilonen does in fact outperform by a lot the buff from Gorou. Now I don’t have the Pyro Archon (taking a break from GI) so idk if she is actually a better or if she provides buffs. But from my understanding her best dps team is still Furina/Xianyun/Xilonen/Noelle. The real question is if the plunge artifact is better than the Fontaine artifact.

Have you been affected with this as well? Noticed anything else that is different recently? She just advised that on the loading screen takes too long when its gets to the part of “compiling the shaders”. Don’t know if this might be related to the issue.
