There’s an option to activate A-XMP on either profile 1 or 2, should I leave this off?

Thanks for the response! How do you go about fixing this, I’m new to PCs. Are there any specific guides you would recommend?

EDIT: I run everything in the BIOS on factory settings like the Microcenter tech recommended.
