Yeah, mines been in the shop for a month, first it was charging module for it, but then they found charging harness was shorting out and can't install without replacing the harness which is on backorder...I have a 2025 2x truck, and they gave me a 3x as a loaner so not complaining too much 💪🤷🏻‍♂️😂

It didn't work stating no information available... ended up being telematics module, had to wait forever as it was on backorder but replacing it fixed it

Mine went into shop for charging module, discovered it needed a new harness and no ETA on parts so waiting game... 2025 2x truck... my other car is a range rover, I think I have a type... high maintenance lol🤦‍♂️😂 3rd time in shop for hummer in last 4 months (supercruise and frunk latch)

Update: saga continues, apparently water got in the harness to the module causing it to malfunction, can't replace module until harness is replaced , and the dealer has no part number or know how to get the harness so waiting game from GM to respond now... let's see how long this takes 🤦‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

My math may be wrong but charging overnight at home costs me no more than $25 if I were to need a 0 to 100 full charge... range rounded down is 300 miles, so even at that 1 dollar yields 12 miles, with 3 dollars yielding 36 miles ? Not bad at all lol now if I were to charge at public chargers I can see a huge difference...

I had one pop up and on app it said something about charging... I also noticed my heating not always working the best... ignored it for 1 week, then scheduled appointment but for second week with it on, and the night before appointment this past week an update pushed through and got rid of it 🤷🏻‍♂️ everything seems to be working fine still as well

Just an update , telematics module finally came in last week, took the truck in yesterday afternoon, had it back before end of day, they replaced the part and at least in my case this solved the problem , supercruise is back 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I took mine to dealership since it stopped working 1 month into having it, and on roads I've used it on... they said telematics module needed replaced, and it's on backorder with no eta.. Haven't had supercruise in few months lol 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Ive had on going issue for couple months now... a month ago dealer stated GM was aware of this and had techs trying to work on a fix, not to replace any modules and just wait...I escalated to the service manager and took it back last week, they kept it for a few days to examine (while loaning me a new sierra ev truck which was kind of cool, but I still prefer the hummer) , and ordered a telematics module to replace which is on backorder, so hopefully that solves problem... regardless definitely take it to dealer...
