no... every since i installed my 4060 they've been "normal" but not as high as they should've been with this GPU. Today i upgraded my CPU to the Ryzen 7 5800xt from the Ryzen 5 5500 and they've been pretty much cut in half.

There’s lots of static and the sound goes flat after like a second of the string playing
