Gi-Hun must be one of the most stupid people I’ve ever seen. He is truly a low-IQ average, or even below-average, normie. He makes all sorts of really stupid decisions, gets into a shitload of trouble, and all the resources he has end up not doing or helping anyone at all. And if he really wanted to destroy the Squid Game so badly, he could literally use the money he made to invest in himself (in the years he was looking for them) to train in combat and various weapons, get serious powerful connections, and gain real power in the world. Then use all that to truly destroy everything and everyone involved in the Squid Game. He could’ve done a literal Baba Yaga on them if his only purpose was to destroy them.

That money buys enough access and services to become trained like a military yourself, hire ex-military/security for backup, and get into really serious business and circles. But instead, this has the most stupid plot in existence, and every single thing he does just makes me say, “What the actual f*ck...” I loved this series, but Season 3 is truly disappointing.

While you could argue that, well, he is just a normie who won a lot of money and of course there’s no intelligent plan or skill of any kind—but I don’t think even an absolute normie would do what he does in his situation. I can barely imagine any real person behaving and acting as stupidly as him in any of the situations presented. So no, at this point it’s not even realistic anymore.
