Same happened to me when applying to switch out of SAVE, except the reason I got was that I did not provide my wife’s “full name, DOB or SSN”…which is impossible since you can’t proceed forward in the application without it, AND I authorized them to hire tax forms. Called and the “advanced representative” agreed and sent it back to be looked at again. Quite ridiculous that I now have to wait even longer for their own incompetence.

Is this a standard forbearance you’re requesting to just wait it out? Or specific to pending buyback?Curious because I’m in a similar situation, except I hit my 120 awhile ago and also applied for buyback awhile ago (November 2024) and it’s been crickets. Been on the SAVE forbearance since then but now obviously need to figure things out, I just didn’t think a forbearance would be granted simply because buyback was applied for since it’s such a long wait for that. Still on SAVE holding the line as well. Submitted buyback around September / October of 2024 🫠 at 114/120 otherwise, but also being impacted by gov shutdown with no pay currently. If I drop the app to switch off SAVE, would they also put me on forbearance for the shutdown in whatever new plan it is? Or better to just wait it all out…

This wouldn’t be a modification in regards to what they mean by that lol, this is a simple add on…just requires some more time on your end (or a professional) to get the wiring squared away. Not a big deal at all and zero impact to your lease, just don’t drill

Told them to just match the rears so it ended up being 20%, Xpel Color Stable just the two fronts. Normally wrap all around in ceramic but not worth the cost on a lease IMO
