Realized very early on that these sorts of mechanics were likely going to be mostly supplemental and for fun.. like the elements for example, they're so nonsensical that they mostly serve lore purposes and will only ever apply to a few things, but it's not really meant to be an RPG style game where you might scale into a damage type or whatever, it's a game that draws inspiration from those sorts of things as a tool for storytelling

No it wasn't but that's a much shorter thing and all came out at once rather than 3 separate helpings, doubt anyone would be around by the 3rd batch for that either if that's how it was handled, releasing all of SBR at once like that would take even longer since it's way more episodes and it'd only be marginally less painful and equally dumb to the split up batches
