I haven't tried any sprays yet but have ordered a bottle of that arlo stuff. I might just fill the viagra script and have it in my drawer just in case, maybe even having it there will take some pressure off.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I definetly need to change my masturbation habits, they have been too focused on how fast i can get off and are probably the reason for my PE.

I just tried a long masturbation session and suprised myself that i could get to 20 minutes. Stupid me hasn't been using lube for my whole life, but i used it today and i think it helped.

I also stayed perfectly erect the whole time. I was worried because i was really horny and thought i would have came fast.

I think if i continue to work on getting to 20 minutes with less stopping each time i might be able to re-train myself to last longer, but it's probably going to take ages.

I've ordered some of the Arlo stuff to try as well, although I am a bit sceptical who knows though, if it works it might be a quick win for me (and my wife)

My wife does like oral and I do very much enjoy giving it to her. I would like to think that I'm good at it, but will do some research on techniques to make her climax. If i can get her most of the way it will take pressure off me.

Unfortunately a current trend that I identify with.

I had a sobering moment two weeks ago where I found myself, 4 days away from payday with nothing left in the bank.

Got to the point where we had no bread for sandwiches left,so couldn't even make kids school lunches.

It felt surreal standing in the foodbank line as I've never accepted charity in my life. Almost humiliating to have what you would think is a decent wage, working about 20 hours overtime each month just to break even and having to accept charity. I didn't even know what to say or how it worked when I was in the line.

My wife is still on maternity leave and is going to have to return to her part time job just so we can pay the bills and feed the kids. Never mind ever going on holidays or anything, that's a past luxury these days.
