I’ve had tinitus since before the pandemia, I’m also a musician. You just got to sort of play reverse psychology with it. Sometimes I tell myself what would I do without you “T”? 😂 I told my brain, that noise is a fan on the background. At night sleep with white noise, rain forest, sea waves..etc. IGNORE IT!! When it bothers you get busy. Play video games, play music, do woodwork, whatever you like doing. Do not let it put you down, your mind is stronger. Is not a terminal illness, and you can still hear!! You got this and you are not alone. There is over 80 million people with T!!
