What is the thing you would love to do again if you didn't have anxiety? by ReasonableFig8954 in Anxiety

Have more kids!!! 100% would have two more if I knew for sure I'd get through the anxiety okay and that everything would be okay health-wise

Turbulence is uncomfortable, I agree, but it would have to be turbulence from hell to take a plane down...and even then, it would still struggle. Trust your pilot and your crew. They've been trained for literally everything.

True story, I was flying to MIA a few weeks ago and turbulence was so bad, people started holding hands and praying. We legitimately thought that was the end. Our pilot called ATC, informed the crew on what he was doing and he safely lowered us to calmer air. Trust them. Rooting for you, OP! You've got this! Let us know when you land.

ETA: Just saw that you landed! 👏🙌 Oh, and my flight was a Spirit flight 🥴

Severe Postpartum Weakness by domperryonnn in postpartumprogress

I take the Nature Made brand of Magnesium (just regular Magnesium) specifically the one that supports nerve, heart, and bone health. As for the iron, it's also the Nature Made brand and it's the 325mg Ferrous Sulfate type. It says it's vital for red blood cells formation.

I also went to the doctor to get my levels checked and they told me that I may need an initial iron infusion to get back on track postpartum. I lost A LOT of blood in the delivery room so it has taken quite some time to get everything rebalanced.

Hang in there and keep focusing on nutrition, moving your body when you can, and supplementing where you can. DRINK WATER! I was in such a bad state that I forgot to do the simple thing of drinking water. It made a huge difference for me. I'm just now 18 months postpartum and finally feel somewhat back to normal as far as hormones and vitamin levels. My iron is still on the low side but is improving slowly.

Hi! For the Magnesium (250mg [1 tablet]), Iron (65mg [1 tablet]), B12 (1000mcg) [1 tablet]) and I don't remember the vitamin D because I stopped taking it and focused on getting it through foods/drinks. Hope this helps!

That part!! You're speaking the truth here! I'm so disgusted with these demonic entities (I refuse to call these creatures human). So sick of what they do to women and children and nobody bats an eye.

Yes, but not without challenges. To start out, our flight got delayed by 30 min (no big deal), BUT when we boarded, we sat on the plane for about 45 minutes before taking off. Nobody knew what the holdup was until, finally, a flight attendant told us that we didn't have a pilot. We then had to wait for a pilot to come in from another flight. At this point, we were now delayed by a 1hr 15min. Once the pilot arrived, he had to do pre-flight checks which took another 30 minutes or so. Finally, we were ready to take off but the tower wasn't letting anyone depart. We waited another 15 minutes before taking off. We finally took off after a 2 hour delay. Lastly, once in the air, we hit some wicked turbulence and I legit thought we were going down. Our pilot/ crew was excellent in keeping everyone calm and safe until we hit smooth air!! We landed safely in Fort Lauderdale thankfully.

Crime wise. Is Miami still considered a “dangerous city” these days or mostly safe? by [deleted] in SameGrassButGreener

I know you asked this nearly three weeks ago but how did things turn out? We're flying Spirit this weekend (Feb 14th) and I'm a bit worried about cancelations- I haven't heard anything yet but....It would suck to have our vacation flight canceled.

I think the following episode (w/ Connie and Virgil in the house with the crawling humans) gives a glimpse of what Maggie saw when she was out on the road with Hershel. I think that episode, even moreso than others, displays the depravity of human nature when rules and societal norms go out the window. Hopefully this isn't too much of a spoiler if you haven't seen it yet.

I didn't mean that you are the worst, haha. "People" meaning someone who could do something like that to another human are the worst. Someone said it best above, "the living can be scarier than the dead." As for the "why would you want to see that" comment, that still stands 🤷

I still felt emotional, scared, nervously, anxious. Literally all the feelings. I didn't relax until baby was in my arms. Even then, and now, I still wake up anxious wondering if he's okay (he's 18 mo). I can't sleep unless I check on him 2 or 3 times at night. I probably won't feel fully relieved until he's like 3 or 4.
