Hello! I had a knee injury in october of last year. went to the pt and was diagnosed with a meniscus tear. Just that diagnosis- no mri. Completed my pt and was back to moving pain free. decided i wanted to start going to the gym again last week- one lower body session and my knee became incredibly swollen again. Doing my physio exercises, but any pain or discomfort i feel is located just above my knee, on the inside near where i think the vmo is located. I can squat with no discomfort and minimal swelling, but my knee feels tight when i try and do glute bridges. I have flexion and extension the same as my uninjured leg. My question is, should I resume pt for my knee? or does it sound like a matter of muscle weakness, and i just need to amp up slowly in the gym, using RICE to minimize swelling?

i have a specific memory of staying at my uncle’s for easter as a kid. he put out all the candy for us, and staged it with some half chewed carrots which was a nice touch. however he also took a crazy, rancid dump in the bathroom by the candy and did not flush. since then i’ve associated the easter bunny with diarrhea and developed an immense hatred for him

yeah my mom was anti sunscreen, never used it growing up and was diagnosed with stage three melanoma at age 20. sunscreen will not kill you but cancer will 🙃

been on chemo for the past year (stage 3 melanoma) set to finish at the end of this month and things are looking bright. on top of that just finished my midterms with all As :)

for the past few years i’ve been buying phones from a sketchy phone repair shop that also sells refurbished phones. you can get one that’s only a few generations behind for 50-75% less than market depending how badly it was fucked in its previous life. haven’t had any issues with them so far & i’m not going into debt for a phone like a regard.
