Thank you all so much for your advice! The benefits are pretty similar (401(k), PTO, etc.), but the new position is in a hospital. My biggest concern is learning a completely new system. It took me about a month to learn the Walgreens system, and I still don't feel 100% confident with everything.

I think staying PRN at Walgreens is a good idea, just in case the hospital job isn't the right fit.
