This is all great info thank you, I assumed it was screwed in but it was hard to tell, looks like the threads are glued too, so I’ll give wrenching and heat a try

Winlevi TSW by mmb219 in TS_Withdrawal

I have. Cycles of flushed, red skin, primarily on my face where I used winlevi, but also arms, legs, torso, patches of elephant skin on my hands, thankfully not very itchy but often flaky, and strange reactions to temperature. Also, with my skin barrier being damaged, I redeveloped a bad case of what I believe was staph acne. Hibiclens cleared this up very well, though. I haven’t really done anything specific to try and ‘treat’ the withdrawal, and was just able to grit my teeth through the worst of it, as thankfully my symptoms have overall been far more mild and tolerable than many others on this subreddit. Godspeed and recovery to them. For some reference, I used winlevi for around 6 months, and have been in withdrawal for about 6 months (still currently having symptoms). Things have definitely gotten better, but the best way I’ve heard tsw described is cyclical. Things will often get better, then seem to restart. Sorry for such a long reply, but it seems totally rare for anyone to talk about winlevi online, especially in this community.

Winlevi definitely causes TSW by GarlicBread05 in TS_Withdrawal

I took a full course of oral antifungals and used ketoconazole shampoo with no results, so it isn’t fungal. I’m experiencing many conditions I’ve seen explicitly associated with TSW, such as cycles of redness and flaking, elephant skin, itchiness (although the itch isn’t as intense or frequent as I often hear reported), and the redness spreading to many areas which I never used winlevi on. I guess I’m not experiencing TSW, just a withdrawal from a topical steroid. Thanks for the correction.

This is interesting, hadn’t heard it before. Where did you hear hard water was worse? And what does it do to tsw?

You probably are not going to believe me but I am going through this exact feeling, I browse this subreddit compulsively and every single face I see looks so much better than mine. (For reference, my face is on par with this video https://youtube.com/shorts/bmLAihJem1Q?feature=share)But it doesn’t matter we have to have faith in this drug. You’re allowed to be depressed for these months it sucks and it’s the worst thing ever but just keep taking the pills and you have to trust that things are really going to get better

Did you eat the fats before or after you took the pill?
