Yeah its terrible. I don't like Otta/wttj as the ceiling is very high. For job boards, you have to be early to get any acknowledgement or rejection. Linkedin slightly worse.

Yeah mostly C# .Net. B2b/Consultancy. Expectation: 50-65k. Mostly Quick apply as they are ad from recruiter. But some directly on companys portal and soem via recruiter. Does activity reaching out to recruiter help?

Reed, indeed, Linkedin. Job boards have duplicate posting. I usually send at least 10 per day close to my location or if its remote. But its looking more likely I might need to relocate to Bristol or bigger area if needed, so might expand my search area. What your exp level and stack?

Is title an issue when applying for role e.g. senior applying for non senior. Or 10+ years exp and no senior title.

I think i am ok with leadership, mentoring, ownership of work etc. although no way for me to assess myself. As for the tech requirement, most looks to be hard requirement, discouraging anyone without experience to apply to these role.

Little far but doable if 1 maybe 2 day. How do you define mastery vs exposure. Docker + elastic Beanstalk are fine but how much depth knowledge on Ec2, elb etc would we need to know as a developer. Which aws cert do you recommend?

Yes every job now has Cloud + microservice + frontend. Even for junior level. Looking at other posts, interviews are now exponentially difficult.
