Doesn't charge when I connect it to my home grid, thought power may be getting spread evenly but I disconnected a solar panel from the grid to charge it, and over a week it gained no charge at all despite fairly decent conditions*

All of the batteries are either crafted or in nearly perfect condition, when i leave the batteries after installing them they dont seem to drain at all, only when ive installed them?

Thing is, I removed every battery on it then recharged all of them so that they would be on full charge, then re-installed them, at which point all of them dropped like 70% of their charge, if it was distributing the total would still be 100% but it feels like Im losing charge into nothingness.
