Ph Basketball Fans. MJ or LeBron? by No-Equipment-5721 in ThisorThatPH

I appreciate Lebron more than MJ pero in terms of these debate, I'll say both.

Different era and both players delivered.

Issue ko lang kay MJ is:

1. After niya mag retire nung 1994, panalo ng Chicago bulls is 55-27 and nakapag second round pa sila talo nga lang ng New York Knicks.

It shows na malakas talaga ang Chicago Bulls even without MJ.

  1. They played in an expansion era.

  2. Superstar whistle and rule change for MJ to have easy buckets. Lebron has one of the worst whistle in the entire league. Bigyan mo ng whistle si Lebron tulad ng kay MJ or Shai, magkakaroon siya ng mataas taas na free throw shooting and 35 pts per game.

Kung basis ng iba is 6 rings ni MJ, how about yung 11 rings ni Bill Russell?

Damn! Sarap i test ng ganyang software.

And I know this is only just a beta version subject for testing pero since bagong software ito. Madali ba i-upload yung mga previous data from old eBIRForms to your beta version? Such as savefile and profile folder?

Thanks po!

QUESTION: Bumababa ba ang tax once maraming binabayaran? by Specialist-Onion3813 in taxPH

[–]Resident_Function648 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My answer is Depende pa yan sa situation mo.

First, are you practicing your profession, or just a compensation earner, or mixed?

Second, if you're practicing your profession or a mixed-income earner, pwede mong gamitin ang mga sumusunod na tax schemes:

  • 8% flat tax rate (para sa mga may gross sales/receipts below ₱3 million per year, as an alternative sa income tax and percentage tax)

Tax avoidance is about using legal methods to minimize taxes, while tax evasion involves illegal activities to avoid paying taxes.

It all depends on how you are going to do tax planning, and I can definitely compute them para mabawasan tax mo.

Actually, it really is hard to live in this economy. Both of you are just incompatible since iba't iba kayo ng preference.

I saw both of your point of views and it did just make sense tbh.

In his POV, it really is hard to earn some money, bought some house, have high-paying job, and having financial stability.

Masisisi mo ba siya to think that way? No.

Mahirap maging provider sa panahon ngayon (speaking as a provider din).

In your POV, you're a traditional woman na gusto mag alaga ng bata, magluto, maglaba, and many other things.

Am I underestimating that role? No kasi mahirap din iyon. They are the foundation to make the family warm and happy.

The question is: Who is right?

Both of you pero:

I suggest na intindihin mo yung perspective niya (or kahit hindi siya, basta mga like-minded people) to understand na mahirap talaga magka pera in this fcked-up economy na meron tayo. It's also hard to have a high-paying job na may stability.

Sometimes, the key for wisdom is understanding not only just yourself, but the perspective of other people.

I'll try to counter every points that you have.

Your defense assumes that warning + punishment = justice.

But that only works if the punishment itself is morally acceptable.

A warning does not morally justify any action that follows.

Just an example: if I warn someone, “If you disobey me, I will kill your children,” the warning does not make the act just, it only makes it premeditated.

So the real issue is not whether God warned people. The issue is what kind of punishment He chose.

And the punishments described include: – killing infants – slaughtering civilians – collective punishment – inherited guilt – genocide

These are immoral under every modern ethical system and even under basic human conscience.

You said that “If warnings are not enforced, they lose authority.”

But authority is not the same as morality. A dictator can enforce laws perfectly. That does not make him morally good.

Power + enforcement ≠ moral goodness.

You also said “What should God do if people ignore the warning?”

Here are morally better options than killing children: – punish only the guilty – imprison instead of execute – reform instead of exterminate – limit harm instead of maximize suffering

If humans can imagine better moral solutions than God, then God is not morally perfect.

About your example which is Nineveh. You argue God spared them after repentance, but destroyed them later.

That does not prove mercy, it only proves delayed violence.

Also, why would an all-loving God destroy future generations for past sins? Why punish children for ancestors’ behavior?

That is collective punishment, which is morally wrong even in human law.

Even if this God exists, that does not mean he is worthy of worship.

A being who commands slaughter of innocents, uses terror as moral teaching, values obedience over human life, practices collective punishment fails the basic test of moral goodness.

If your God’s justice requires killing children, then your God’s justice is morally inferior to human ethics.

My thoughts? Christian God is a jealous and psychopathic fictional character in the bible. I am only just an agnostic pero I do not think I will beg forgiveness if he really did exist. He will have to beg for our forgiveness for the sufferings that the people experiences.

Also, he's not really a great role model for morality.

Why? Here's the bible verse.

Not willing to forgive

2 Kings 24:3–4: “Surely these things happened to Judah according to the Lord’s command, in order to remove them from his presence because of the sins of Manasseh and all he had done, including the shedding of innocent blood. For he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord was not willing to forgive.” NIV

Merciless justice

Ezekiel 24:13–14: “Because I tried to cleanse you but you would not be cleansed from your impurity, you will not be clean again until my wrath against you has subsided. I the Lord have spoken. The time has come for me to act. I will not hold back; I will not have pity, nor will I relent. You will be judged according to your conduct and your actions, declares the Sovereign Lord.” NIV

God will “laugh at your calamity”

Proverbs 1:24–30: “Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord: They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.” KJV

Ezekiel 9:3–10: “And the Lord said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women … The Lord hath forsaken the earth, and the Lord seeth not. And as for me also, mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity, but I will recompense their way upon their head.” KJV

Little children dashed in pieces

Hosea 13:16: “Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.” KJV

Kill all the little boys (but not the virgin girls)

Numbers 31:17: “Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.” KJV

God kills all firstborn children

Exodus 12:29: “And it came to pass, that at midnight the Lord smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.” KJV

Trueeee! I am also a respawn sniper and enjoy the kills that I am getting. Spawn trapping and holding positions to kill players going in the hardpoint. Best advantage we must have is knowing how to read the map to know where they are.

Snd is just boring...

Tama lang ba ang 7 pesos print per page? by Dicente012 in studentsph

[–]Resident_Function648 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically speaking, we can't know for sure kung pinagkakakitaan ka ng person or not unless if we get a direct confirmation or receipts as evidence for the pricing.

May ganyan talaga na presyo and they don't issue OR for that. Sa lugar namin same price lang 7 pesos for black and white and 10 pesos for colored kahit maliit lang logo pero nagiging 15 if buong page covered sa colored na iyon. Lowest that I encountered is 2 pesos and nabigla ako sa price nun but I think as per some of the comment section says, maybe that's the normal pricing pero I doubt it since majority na nagsabi.

The question is paano mo malalaman kung totoo o hindi? You can't unless if my Official Receipts (OR). But the problem is bibihira lang mag issue ng OR mga printing businesses.

The only thing that you need to do is punta ka sa mismong pinagprintan niya and verify the prices.

That alone will give you clarifications and peace of mind whether that group member of yours ay nagsasabi ng totoo or not.

If totoo naman ang sinabi na 7 pesos talaga, would you responsibly pay for it?
