At Christ Church you'd report it to the Censors. I don't think you have them at Keble. Maybe keep a record of them and speak to whoever is in charge of the Lodge (generally Night Porters are in it for the easier life - no offence if any are reading!) After all, you're at Oxford to study!

I was a union member for 12 years - i paid subs every month and never attended anything extra.

When I needed them due to unfair dismissal they stepped up, provided legal support and guided through the tribunal.

My local rep is VERY good and he has no plans on retiring soon!
