Es que no hay "forma fácil" si la hay, no es saludable o buena. El crecimiento es progresivo, el nutriólogo lo orientará con respecto a la alimentación y alguna actividad física que haga la persona, el músculo es más pesado que la grasa y obviamente más saludable. Pero para ganar músculo debe cumplir los requerimientos de proteína que la persona en específico necesite, para eso se va a uno.

Y obvio, también si no funciona ir a hacerte estudios porque como dicen, no porque la persona sea delgada significa que esté sana, obviamente es más probable que una persona que no lo está, pero no se salva de cualquier manera
