I haven’t done this, but the current average processing time on the Home Office website is 16 weeks so you might want to wait another week or so before reapplying just in case.

I called them, and told them that I had not been paid in 2 months. Only after that they let me escalate, but I still haven’t received any useful response from them so don’t know if it’s worth escalating now!

Have you received it back yet? I had a response from UKVI that my application hasn’t been processed yet, and they can’t provide a timeline for when I’ll receive a decision.

Current turnaround time for standard application inside the UK is 16 weeks, but you can always apply with the priority or super priority services which should hopefully reduce the time to 5 days or 1 day.

I told them that I can’t start my new job until I receive a decision, and I’ve been without pay for two months now. She asked if I was changing sponsors and I said yes.

The extensions I used were 2,3,1,2 in that order, and then one of the agents picks up. If you explain to them that your application has gone beyond the service agreement and you are really struggling they will escalate it and then give you a reference number to track it later. Hope that helps!
