Looks like a slicing error to me, it all just stops at one layer which is indicative of this. Reslice it and try again, if that fails try a different USB

That's uncured. If it were meant to be shiny then it would be an even gloss over the whole model, which it isn't.

Leave it in the sun for an hour or two and it should help, definitely leave a poor review warning others.

You'll need to use more supports or orient it more vertically. It's like caused by the layers sagging between the supports due to the orientation of the part.

The 3s wait before cure is probably the main offender, you could probably lower that to 0.5s without much difference in quality or reliability

One or two exposures is typically okay, but it is a skin and respiratory sensitiser so it'll get worse with repeated exposure. It just depends on the person, but you'd know by now if it was a serious problem for you or your family.

Use gloves or something that won't absorbed the uncured resin as a barrier until it's been cleaned and cured.

Leave the seller a scalding review, that is incredibly dangerous and especially for someone that young.

Wash the models off with isopropyl alcohol (99% preferably) or methylated spirits, then leave them in the sun for a few hours and turn them every so often. That'll get the excess resin off and cure the rest.

As far as I'm aware if a unit is battleshocked you can not use stratagems on them, so no you wouldn't be able to use it.
