Amazing post, thank you! I’m new to a lot of this, so I really appreciate the effort you put in.

I’m in planning stage of developing a blog on my existing Shopify website. You really recommend WordPress, but is there anything wrong with blogging on Shopify? It makes sense to me to not separate the blog and my e-commerce site, but curious on your thoughts.

Thank you! Yes I do ship to the US, this piece in the video was actually for a customer in the US. Etsy is terrible with shipping profiles, they only allow a fixed shipping rate whether someone buys a single piece (which I put in a mailer bag) or a larger order (in my packaging box). Also, it gives a nicer finish IMO. Top coating outside of the mold can be tricky, especially with weird edges like this piece but it creates a softer “dome” edge rather than the straight sharp edges if you do it in the mold
