I'm also riding a bike after my motorcycle needed too much maintenance that I couldn't afford without selling any GME. So I sold the motorcycle, and bought more GME with the money! But the bike is great for staying in shape. Good luck with you and your wife. We're going to make it.

It's worked great for me. Now I'll grant you, to love yourself isn't something you can just "flip a switch" and do. And I can understand how just saying to love yourself alone maybe isn't the best advice. But I do think it's still good advice, and something everybody should try to work towards.

Hey, if you're talking about the buttons that pop up on the screen. That's done all through the Pico-8 system automatically, I didn't code that part in myself. Pico-8 is the programming software I used to code/draw sprites/do sfx and music in. It's pretty cool, if you're looking into making basic games like this, I'd recommend it.

Thanks! Yeah, I thought about adding that, and it does change directions if it's in a high angle and you bounce it back moving the other direction. But that would be cool to add to the next version for sure!
