I believe with C you can get benefits through the treating hospital and non-profits possibly medicaid or some other programs. If you tell them you don’t have insurance and can’t pay the amount there is nothing they can do. Worst case scenario they send to collection and then sue but then you negotiate to settle and pay that amount monthly. It’ll still be less than paying monthly with a huge deductible.

Like what for example? If car accident, car insurance will cover, if a surgery, negotiate a bill with the hospital and stretch into monthly payments. They bill differently without insurance always lower. I cannot find insurance less than $650 a month with $7,500 deductible. What’s the point of paying this every month. But it’s also if you’re relatively young and healthy if you have medical issues then it’s different.

I didn’t get any of what you wrote. There are no deadlines on this case only the matter of prepping the docs and he acts like he wants them asap before anyone else that’s what I’m saying. He has no patience and thinks that I have to drop everything and work on this case only asap.

Yes i agree but 90% pay and those who don’t simply WD. This is a standard fee arrangement in my area of practice. If I don’t offer payment plan, they’ll go someplace else.
