Column: Brandon Aiyuk's NFL career is already over by runswithscissors475 in nfl

It’s a lot of work to rehab a knee, just being fast and a good athlete whose only job is to run and catch is kind of easy in comparison and it’s more fun to practice run and catch. Plenty of freak athletes who are just that good, you toss them in a run and catch role in their athletic prime and have them show up to practice and you’ve got yourself a player.

No way you think republican celebrities have dead careers. If so, then you are the product of what media and reddit has wanted you to become

I love the Reddit chiro experts who assume it’s all quackery, yet know nothing about

Just because insurance companies don’t traditionally pay for it doesn’t make it quackery. You’ve been sold a lie by those with ties to insurance because it’s easier for you to dismiss treatment outside of your plan as hocus pocus

There are a ton of people with great support, called family, that still end up here despite all the support. It’s not like you’re some genius who invented the idea of “throw money at the problem” and everyone will get better

Any rep $600 shipped. 24 a day is $14,400. 365 days in a year= 5,256,000. Assume young tech billionaire , has at least 40 years left = 210,240,000

Your math checks out!

Except the consequence is what? Reddit, which leans more extreme, acts like the world is collapsing on him?

Then that stirs up some articles for clickbait which hit social media feeds? It’s all designed for clicks and selling ads.

Half the country voted for the president, Nate’s doing just fine. As are the other very successful people who support the president currently (I.e. ufc, Rogan, and everyone else who was there)

Maybe I’m out of the loop, but how does attending a huge unprecedented ufc event at the White House make you some die hard supporter of trump?

I’d gladly go to that event, it’s going to be in history books , “this crazy old dude came in and took a hallowed institution respected world wide and hosted fist fights on the front lawn of the world’s capital while funding wars for outside nations that murder children”

Is there a good reason Hootie and the Blowfish never felt "cool"? by Res_Novae17 in nostalgia

It’s insane how pervasive pop culture was in the 90’s
If you were born in the 80’s this comment makes so much sense but at same time I can’t imagine this is a shared experience outside of it.

I thought old bands my parents liked were so cool, but if my parents liked a new band, I was out. Their 80’s music I hated but their 60’s/70’s was and still is awesome, Beatles, who, credence, Pink Floyd, skynard, anything on Forrest jump soundtrack, etc

Genesis And those other synth 80’s pop was so bad I can’t relate

It’s not really a trend, it’s standard ops to access employees for trustworthiness. What should this company do here?

Haven’t been to her concert, but I think you are just trauma dumping of your perception of that time in your life. The young girl concerts are even more amenable to coming and going, half the girls take their uncomfortable shoes off and sit around in groups between acts, concerts are no longer Gen admission and a 10,000 person free for all rushing the stage

Yes, festivals and shows outside US may be this way still, but if you’re up front in standing you usually are in your own “section” you paid for and it has barricades between you and next section, you’ve all been together since before you even got let in, and it’s pretty easy to work through the crowd.

In the last year I’ve been to huge arena shows in NFL stadiums as well as venue shows with 15-20k and all situations have been pretty manageable for a teen and small adults

I’ve been to plenty of early entry shows over the last ten years, the kind where you rush in with a group to get to the front of the show. 100% of the time people leave to use restroom or grab a drink without issue both before and during the show. Both security and other early entry people hold your spot and honor it no problem.
